This Privacy Policy describes how FitTrack ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. FitTrack is a fitness and health-tracking app that helps you log workouts, meals, water intake, sleep, and track your progress over time.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore/Storage services). Firebase applies industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Firebase may process data on our behalf as described in their privacy policy linked above. We do not share your personal health data with advertisers or data brokers.
You can request deletion of your FitTrack account and all associated data at any time. Here's how:
Alternatively, you can email us at gulshidzada4@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process your request manually.
What gets deleted: Your account credentials, name, email, all health & fitness logs (exercise, food, water, sleep, weight), achievements, and app activity data are permanently deleted.
Retention period: Data is deleted within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in backup systems before being fully purged, after which it cannot be recovered.
FitTrack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
